Sarah is originally from Arizona and Southern California. She visited Incline Village many times over the past few years and then, after being stuck in one too many traffic jams she decided to move to Incline Village.

During the past 20 years she has been very active in commercial and residential real estate development and management. She also has a background in accounting, construction planning, construction development, franchise operations and overseeing certain real estate investments and construction projects. Sarah has taken in depth training and received elite designations for ABR ~ accredited buyer’s representative, SRS ~ seller’s representative specialist, RSPS ~ resort and second home property specialist, RENE ~ Real Estate Negotiations Expert and CRS ~ certified residential specialist.

Her personal passions range from animals to the ocean, mountain biking to surfing and the outdoors, to real estate. She is currently a board member for Wylie Animal Rescue Foundation, a local rescue. She loves to travel and has been all over from China to New Zealand. She firmly believes that her passionate and honest work ethic, her love to work with people, and her complete dedication to being a full-time Realtor will be a great attribute to her Real Estate career, Dickson Realty and the entire Lake Tahoe, Reno & Carson Valley communities.
